- I find comfort in the scriptures and through prayer. Music soothes my soul. My favorite scripture is Jeremiah 29:11 "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future". The hymn "Great is thy faithfulness" has been a helpful reminder during many stressful times in my life.
